What this page is
These terms cover your use of dravian.io. They do not govern the commercial relationship that starts when Dravian and a client sign an engagement contract. That relationship is defined by the contract itself, its statements of work, and any data processing agreements attached.
Using the site
You can read, share, and reference dravian.io freely for non-commercial purposes. We ask that you do not scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass any access control, or use it to host, mirror, or impersonate Dravian.
We provide the site as is. We do our best to keep it accurate, but the content reflects a point in time and may change. If something on the site is important to a decision you are making, write to us and we will confirm.
What you send us
When you contact us through the site, the information you share is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not claim any rights over the content of your message beyond what is needed to reply to you and evaluate a possible engagement.

Text, code, visuals, the Dravian name and mark, and the design of this site are the property of Dravian. You may quote short passages with attribution. For anything beyond that, get in touch first.
Liability
Nothing on the site is security, legal, or financial advice. Decisions you make based on this site are your own. To the extent permitted by law, Dravian is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site or our business evolves. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new version.
